  • QUOR Group (2023 - Present ) Senior Product Owner

    Led the development of a user-configurable dashboard system for Quor\'s new platform \'Evolution\', enabling users to configure data views, filters, action summary tiles, and graph tiles which is built on top of legacy CTRM system. Managed the entire development lifecycle for the configurable dashboard using strong Agile product owner skills. This included authoring product requirement documentation including wireframes, getting mock-ups built, then breaking down requirements into Epics and user stories along with acceptance criteria. Prioritized features and epics for each releases as well as sprints, groomed the engineering team, and managed capacity to ensure timely delivery of releases. Collaborated closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to translate user requirements into actionable specifications, oversee development, and provide final sign-off, ensuring a seamless product rollout.

  • Infopro Learning (2021 - 2023 ) Senior Product Manager

    Pioneered the development of an OKR platform, further leading the expansion of the product portfolio by successfully managing the development of additional modules: Admin activities, CFR (Conversation, Feedback & Recognition), performance management, check-ins, and automated OKR creation using ChatGPT, along with integrated dashboards for each modules and role-based collective dashboards.     Managed Hyphen’s Employee Engagement software with an AI-enabled analytics platform, addressing issues proactively during product development. Writing user stories, gathered requirements, and collaborated with engineering, QA and design teams to deliver new product features.
