Responsibilities handled: o Team management/Projects handling – including Developers and QA engineers (Automation & Functional) o Performance appraisals and quarterly goals reviews with the team o Directly triage customer reported production issues, resolve and assign to appropriate team members o Accountable for requirement analysis, Technical design reviews/API reviews, development and testing efforts estimations o Conduct Daily Stand-ups to resolve technical glitches in the day-to-day activities o Sprint planning meetings and Retrospective o Release activity planning, team assignments and assist release deployment with the US/India teams o Responsible for achieving SLA’s and KPI’s in terms of Quality/Productivity/Escalations. o Responsible for looking after the quality of the project/ solution deliverables (including bug reports & execution reports) and the team performance. o Also participate in Engineering process improvement initiatives o SME in several areas of Sage Intacct application and act as a point-of-contact for product related queries from Customer Support team

Responsibilities handled: o Release activity planning, team assignments and assist release deployment with the US/Romania counterpart. o Release management for the quarterly product enhancements o Actively involved in quality analysis and testing processes, strategies and plans for web-based applications & ERP applications. o Manage a team of 22 QA engineers and ensure all quality metrics and deliverables are met over various product releases o Lead Scrum teams in successfully executing complex testing and leadership tasks on several complex SaaS projects ensuring total quality management standards. o Accountable for requirement analysis, Test Scenario preparation, Test Execution and Defect management. o Responsible for looking after the quality of the solution deliverables over quarterly releases(including bug reports & execution reports) and the team performance. o Proficiently fulfilling the requirements, creating test strategies and prioritizing the test cases. Preparing System, Test Plans, Test Metrics presentations, designing Test Scenarios, performing Test Reviews and preparing Test Data. o Participate in tracking and audit on test cases as per new version of requirements. o Make statistical presentation of Test Execution Reports and Data. o Planned the process effectively with overall responsibility for maintaining various process metrics while adhering to compliance procedures always. o Responsible for achieving SLA’s and KPI’s in terms of Quality/Productivity/Escalations. o Assuring that appropriate processes are maintained and identifying weak areas to improve process and providing suggestions regarding improvement of processes. o Own the payments application projects like Multi currency processing, Wells Fargo Payment manager integration, PayPal, Avalara tax integrations etc.,
