I have been associated with Canara Bank for almost 9 years now. Being associated with a public undertaking organisation has helped build a strong base for working in teams to successfully leading them to achieve branch CASA and deposit targets as high as INR 80Cr(2019).
It also gave me the opportunity to head customer support and grievance section. This was the time where I was in-trusted to coordinate with different regulatory organisations (RBI,Ombudsman) and ensure compliance. This role also involved intense communication with the customers and the front end branch executives to resolve any complaints that we received.
Overall the journey with Canara Bank has equipped me with skills to:
– Understanding the customer persona and providing them right financial products
– Creating and delivering value conducting customer interaction and providing seamless customer service

Along with my journey at bank my quest to explore more took me to take consulting projects with start-up in the logistics industry and ed-tech.
