As a CCM Analyst – Manager at Lenovo, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the demand planning process for various products and services.     Accountable for eCommerce specific supply/demand and operations management and owned E2E ownership of SKU lifecycle management including, forecasting, commits, CPFR and Finished Goods Inventory (FGI). Responsible for Continuous improve forecasting techniques, method, and approach with the objective of achieving forecast accuracy. Evolve and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and IT system requirements. Own and manage the supply commit process for eCommerce/eCommerce D&H. Direct, plan and execute all Demand Planning operations for assigned projects / assignments associated to held accounts. Responsible to Conduct business analysis, decision support; proficiently utilize reporting systems for forecasting. Initiated and operationalized item level reports to identify item gaps, for all the buyers across the Company. Initiated audits and procurement scorecards to track vendor performance, service levels, fill rate, turns etc.

  • Jcpenny (2019 - 2021 ) Senior Analyst

    Owned enterprise level vendor management and helped speed up shipping process by implementing vendor strategies resulting into profit of around 45M $. Streamlined and documented E2E business processes and heat maps for vendor supply management, Home Delivery and Store Pick Up which has been presented to CXOs for implementing new processes. Worked on business strategies to improve BOPUS (Buy-on-line-pick-up-in-store) and SFS (Ship from Store) penetration. Prepared Weekly Operations report with week over week variations in Ship from Store and BOPUS data in allegiance with senior business leaders. Initiated and operationalized vendor termination audits which helped in reducing order cancellations due to vendors not updating inventory to zero during terminating their business with JCPenney. Enabled regulating current Due bill process of minimizing vendor shipments after cancel initiation 28M $. Received appreciation on contribution in due bills studies from Director of Ecommerce. Presented detailed analysis on Sephora cancellations to Stakeholders and received appreciation for identifying root cause of cancellations and able to save 15M $. Collaborated closely with Stakeholders and other Business contacts in USA & India for gathering high level requirements and translated those to low-level requirements.

    Setup new products & promotions raise orders etc for my category/s accurately and on time supporting the range for customers and stores. As a subject matter expert (SME) was responsible for Retail BOT, COST and Promotion BOT initiated by Leadership team. Trained around eight associates onboarding as process SME in Team and Planned in advance to manage volumes in peak periods. Input data consistently, accurately and to meet deadlines. Received Extra miler award from Tesco in 2017 and 2018. Received Outstanding Employee award from Tesco 2019.
