    Key Project: Small Business Product Recommender Tool  Built a product recommendation tool for over 3 million Small Business customers and prospects thereby increasing conversion rate of website visitors by 7.3% within 6 months. The website bounce rate reduced from 89% to 72%  The average application time was reduced by 25% resulting in expense benefit for the bank as tool has successfully replaced the utilization of time and service of bankers  Implemented enhancement features within tool including video banker assistance, adaptive product compare functionality, integration with Apply journey across segments, real-time Glassbox analytics reporting amongst others
