    • Collect requirements from all BU’s like Finance, core R&D, Human resource, corporate action, IT, and other partner organizations for implementing Workday LMS and required workday applications. • Develop and define Certification module, Class learning module, other learning and development organization required functionality. • Working with Rocket Human resource department to roll-out new learning program organization-wide. • Manage and implement the different learning programs like Inclusion and diversity, Technical training, goals, management training, etc. • Coordinate, implement, manage and plan a vendor training program organization wide. • Generate various reports, perform analytics, draw metrics to support Data-driven decision-making. • Provide reports to higher management (CHRO, Executive VP’s) related to the effectiveness of different pieces of training to support data-driven decision-making. • Manage Workday LMS implementing project with full ownership. • Define and develop functionality for partner’s certifications as per their requirement.
