Passionate about learning and discovering. Goal-oriented individual, looks forward to challenges ahead with an inquiring mindset.
Started my professional career as a QA Tester where I built my testing, documentation, and leadership skills. During my tenure of 3 years as a software tester, I have worked in ERP and Telecom domains.
After a successful 3 years of career in the IT industry, I decided to take a career break for family. Relished my time in Singapore, and nurtured my kids who taught me problem-solving and time-management skills.
After 10 years of dedicated time with family, I restarted my professional career as an Educator. It was lovely 4 years with great educators and children who inspired me to enhance my skills ; thinking out of the box, empathy, planning, organizing, multi-tasking, research, patience and ways to handle challenging problems with differentiated solutions.
As a vivid reader, blogs about design thinking and how it can bring in user satisfaction and a change in the world made me curious to learn more about design thinking and value creation.
Institute of Product Leadership (IPL) guided me in acquiring and practicing the Product Manager skills and how it can be used in creating products that will create a “WOW” moment for the user.
