I am Sonam Srivastava, currently working as a Product Manager at Ford Motors- logistics division. I am a self-motivated and result-oriented professional.
At Ford, i have been managing an entire product for internal stakeholders by creating an online platform to add, allocate and manage trips. I have also been working along with R&D team to building an automated process and root cause analysis on 19 million unbilled amounts from shippers in north east region.
Through my IPL live Projects and capstone Projects, I have learned how to develop product roadmaps, build product backlog, build products using the agile approach, and collaborate with all the stakeholders.

Ford Motors (2022 - Present ) Product Manager
Business function app: Owning product roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end execution of android and iOS mobile app which will provide a platform to internal teams for managing trips from start to end. - Conducted meetings with stakeholders for requirement gathering, validations, and demo. - Coordinated with UX researcher for finalizing design and specifications, helped legal with drafting T&C, and partnered with TPM for Beta release in Play Store. Central Ops Team: - Performed root cause analysis of delays in billings of approx. 18 million INR from Shippers of the north-east region of India by connecting with the billing team and other POCs and worked with the billing team to bring it down to 6 million INR. -Working towards designing an automated process to overcome the delay in the billing cycle via emails or calls.
