Currently associated with HDFC Bank as Senior Product Manager – Credit Cards

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for managing approval rates and driving penetration for Credit cards across multiple channels to increase credit cards sourcing leading to improving Bank’s CIF market share.
  2. Successfully launched Bundling program from scratch and scaling Credit cards sourcing upto 1 lakh+ in FY 22-23
  3. Collaboratively work with multiple stakeholders i.e. IT, Legal, Compliance, Policy, BIU, AFU, Risk, Sales towards setting up of necessary systems, processes and approvals
  4. Worked on multiple new initiatives from scratch till launch there by giving incremental Credit cards sourcing of 2 lakhs+ in FY 22-23 – Dual card with split limit/additional limit, Floater card in My Cards –PWA journey, FD reject base
  5. Currently involved in multiple project initiatives which will further aid in increasing Credit cards sourcing – Digital curing for Credit cards applications, APS enhancement projects for improving STP % of Credit cards applications
