    Achievements:- • As Product Manager, Our work helped the bank in improving the NPS scores by 10% and increase in New to Bank (NTB) customers by 25% and Net profit of $40 million Responsibilities: - • Product manager in building a financial platform for ING Bank, help improve user experience and delight our 7 million customer base. • Responsible for Product Management (Design Thinking + Lean + AGILE) by helping teams in identifying problems using tools and frameworks such as Business Model Canvas ,Opportunity Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas. • Responsible for Product Innovation and Product Design. • Responsible for developing new Business models. • Building Product Roadmaps.
