    -Working on HR tech Products to improve and enhance the experience of Candidates, Employees, and Recruiters. - To work closely with the Engineering Manager and Implementation lead for driving the product feature planning. - To conduct user research by taking their interview and feedback. And to enhance the product for their better experience and value. - To help the support team to educate on the product for handling customers queries. - To do scrum planning and to prioritize the features and handle the product backlog (writing epics, user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria). And to measure it through scrum review and retrospective meetings. - To analyze the support ticket (Bugs & SR) which is getting from the customer and to draw insight to add a new feature with a matrix. - To work on different product metrics to track the goal of the product.
