  • Dell Technologies (2019 - Present ) Senior Product Manager

    Spearheaded the full lifecycle of the product development for Dell B2B Commercial ecommerce experience – from early-stage to growth to stability to expansion. Onboarded Dell offline around 600+ US B2B customer on V3 Global Platform Services for PO processing and Seller hosted Catalog to have frictionless purchase order experience on and increasing the revenue to $ 3 billion and frictionless rate. Enabled customers to request order status on demand via Application programming interface(API) integrated and embedded into customer's own website or application by providing customer with real time status and shipment tracking data there by enhancing Dell’s competitiveness, by expanding market presence & share. Laying out product vision, translating it into a feasible roadmap & prioritizing requirement by understanding Customer Requirements, User Journeys, VOC (Voice of Customer) & Feature Requests. Gathered input from customers (e.g., through customer interview, observation, surveys, demonstrations, and customer feedback). Translated client wants and needs into requirements (e.g., user stories, wireframes, acceptance criteria); prioritized and maintain the product backlog.
